NEW PARAPARAUMU CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT 

Whitireia in Kāpiti will be moving to a new, modern campus in central Paraparaumu in 2012. Construction and fit-out of the new facility has begun with Freear Philip awarded the main contract for the job.

The current Lindale campus will continue to operate and deliver courses in 2011 until the transition to the new campus. See Whitireia in Kāpiti for a list of all courses currently being offered in the Kāpiti region.

The new Paraparaumu campus will be located at the corner of Kapiti Road and Milne Drive (the old Mitre 10 and Yates Furniture store). This location will allow for greater access for our students and enable us to have a more visible presence in the central town.

The new facility will include a commercial training kitchen, cafe and bar, restaurant, beauty and hair salons, library, study hubs, classrooms and other up-to-date training facilities. The new campus will be opened in time for the start of the 2012 academic year.
