  • Certificate in Café Service

    Gain skills to work in the food and beverage industry and gain the National Certificate in Hospitality (Food and Beverage) (Level 2). This programme covers coffee making, food service and practical experience in our on-site training cafe. LEVEL 2

  • Certificate in Work Skills (Hospitality & Tourism)

    Gain skills and knowledge to progress on to further study in the hospitality/tourism area. Learn about customer service, communication, tourism and coffee making. LEVEL 2

  • Certificate in Professional Cookery

    Covers all aspects of working in a professional kitchen. Students will have the opportunity to gain two internationally recognised City & Guilds qualifications and undertake work experience. LEVEL 4

  • Barista Skills

    Learn to make latte, cappuccino, moccachino, americano and long black - apply your imagination and creativity in just two weeks.

  • Café Style Cooking

    Learn to make muffins, sponge cakes, swiss rolls, slices, sandwiches and pies - apply your imagination and creativity in just two weeks.

  • Diploma in Professional Cookery

    Gain skills in food preparation, cooking, and serving food along with training in bakery and patisserie skills. Students will have an opportunity to gain three internationally recognised City & Guilds certificate and diploma qualifications. LEVEL 5

  • National Diploma in Hospitality (Management) (Level 5)

    Gain knowledge, skills and practical experience to begin a career in the hospitality industry in front-line positions, with hotels, restaurants and bars, leading to management level. You will undergo an internship in the second year. LEVEL 5
