  • Diploma in Professional Cookery

  • Certificate in Cafe Service

    Gain an industry qualification with this short fee free, practical and fun course. Learn about coffee making, food preparation, food safety & customer service. LEVEL 2

  • Certificate in Professional Cookery

    A professional, one year, full time training programme for aspiring chefs. This course covers all aspects of working in a professional kitchen. Gain an international City and Guilds qualification that is recognised around the world. LEVEL 4

  • Certificate in Work Skills (Hospitality & Tourism)

    Gain essential skills and qualifications to get started in the hospitality and tourism industries. This is a one-year, full-time course specifically designed for 16-18 year olds. LEVEL 2

  • National Diploma in Hospitality (Management) (Level 5)

    Prepare for the reality of working in the hospitality industry at management level. Learn customer service, food management, business concepts and communication for management. LEVEL 5
