The very modern building that takes up 3817 square metres is full of state-of-the-art features. Included are laboratories, world class simulation suites, inter-room sliding doors allowing for flexible teaching, open work spaces for staff, learning streets which are the focal point and central hub of student life, a place of interaction and self-learning with very bright and modern furniture. The learning streets are a great meeting point said Bachelor of Nursing, year three student Charlie Boyadjian. “Having one building that houses all health students is amazing, it makes you realise how many people are studying health programmes at Whitireia,” she said.
