Course related support

Course related support is provided by your tutor.  We recommend contacting your tutor for support as soon as possible.

Technical support

The Online Learning Centre provides technical support around the use of Whitireia Online (Moodle) which may include:

• changing your password
• enrolling you onto a course
• advice about configuring your computer to work with the Moodle platform.
• support around the use of Whitireia Online (Moodle) tools.

Online Learning Centre staff are based in Te Kete Wananga at the Porirua campus and are available in person or by phone Monday - Friday between 9:00am – 4:30pm.
