Note: Access will be slow.  Images may take a long time to download.  Video content and large documents may be difficult to access.

Pop-up Blockers Some courses use pop-up windows and you may need to disable pop-up blockers in your browser. Check with the Online Learning Centre if you are unsure.

 Multimedia Plugins

Plugins are additional pieces of software that add extra capability to your web browser, such as the ability to view movies, run Java applets, or see Flash animations.

Flash Player - plays animations and movies in the Flash format

Windows Media Player – streaming audio and video player for Windows

Quicktime Player – adds digital media capabilities to your PC or Mac

Adobe Acrobat Reader – allows you to view PDF files
