complete a Whitireia - Online self referral form; or
e-mail theteam@vitae.co.nz
For identification you will need to give your Whitireia ID number and the programme you are enrolled in (students only).

Number of Sessions
Entitlement of up to three free counselling sessions for each enrolled student and staff member per year
Cancellations
You must give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation; if not your counselling entitlement will be reduced.
