At Whitireia, we are committed to our students' success
We offer a range of services to meet the learning needs of individual students. These include one on one and small group assistance, peer tutoring, workshops and study skills sessions on a variety of topics, and online material. We work with our students to develop new skills and improve existing ones. We also run programmes for students whose home language is not English.
We offer support for any student who has a disability, illness or health problem that may get in the way of learning. This includes students who need to spend time in hospital, or have had an accident and miss class.

The Student Financial Advisor provides free and confidential advice on financial matters for students. The Student Financial Advisor also administers the Whitireia Community Polytechnic Hardship Fund and provides assistance to students in financial crisis
A dedicated group, there to represent you while you are studying at Whitireia. There are many facilities and services on offer, to make your life as a student more comfortable and enjoyable.
