Bistro and Beer on the Coast

​As part of Wellington on a Plate, Whitireia Community Polytechnic’s lead cookery tutor, Martin Russek, is giving people the chance to learn to prepare, cook and plate food ‘bistro style’ at the Whitireia Kāpiti Campus.

Warm up your appetite with canapés and Tuatara beer tasting, then get cooking! There will be hands on food preparation, cooking demonstrations and plating techniques of multiple dishes. Beer will be poured for each course with a beer/food match explained by Tuatara Brewing.
