Learn food safety practices, communication skills, standard operating procedures in a commercial kitchen, problem-solving, literacy and numeracy skills.
Graduates may enter the workforce as bakers, craft bakers, or bakers in a commercial environment in entry level positions producing basic bakery products in a commercial environment.
